Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Custom, personalized, engraved, or specially made jewelry is created specifically for you and requires work to begin shortly after your order is placed.
Custom orders require work to begin immediately after purchase. If a custom order is canceled after production has started, a 15% non-refundable fee will be deducted from any eligible refund to cover design, labor, and production costs.
If a custom order is canceled after production has begun, a 15% non-refundable customization fee will be retained to cover design, labor, and production costs.
Once a custom or personalized item has been completed and delivered, it is generally not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.
Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any purchases unless required by applicable law.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the claim.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Because many gemstones and precious metals are natural materials, slight variations in color, size, texture, and inclusions are normal and make each piece unique.
